KPC Church Camp 8th-12th June 2008

Hello Everybody. :)Im back from church camp and I am alive and thirsty for God. Im just so amazed at how much God had done for us. I've learnt alot from this camp and it was an enriching one. Words can't describe how much I wanna thank God for all of these amazing and beautiful creations but I know God knows. :D Sermons by Alvin was clear and well explained. It's as if God is telling me certain things and He showed me the way to walk this road with Him.
Other than being spiritually strong once again, fellowshipping was FANTASTIC because I've got to know and became close with so many people I never expected myself to be close with. Let's talk about my fun to the max trip!
Left home at around 8.30am for the morning service @ 8.30am. Alright, we were late. Haha. Wasn't really feeling very excited about this camp. Had lunch and I chatted with Amanda about some things I needed to settle soon. :) Thank God for her. A great mentor indeed. Haha. Started to break my long term of not coming to church by having lame conversations with the younger ones like Jue Ying, Andrea and Adeline. Haha. It definitely worked out! I've learnt like really lots of lame and cold jokes from Gavin, Bernard, Sammie and Nicholas. Haha. Im prepared to shoot them all! Had them laughing for quite a while. :) So we boarded our bus at around 11.30am & off we went into Malaysia. Reached our hotel at around 5.15pm. My room mates were Lydia and Marianne :D Heeeeeee. We chose our beds and went to go for a tour around the Hotel. So the hotel we're residing in is called Renaissance Hotel. Beautiful hotel with good and compatible facilities. Had dinner and watched our first video--Indescribeable. I begin to understand how small each and everyone of us is. We can't do great things like how God could make the universe, us, buildings, churches, everything! Just by saying our human body, the tissues, muscles, joints, molecules in our body, different parts of our human body.. can you imagine how difficult it would be to fix a fake human body up what more a real human body?! This is how amazing God is. :)
Slept at around 1am and the next morning we had to wake up at like 7.30am because breakfast was at 8am-9am. Started our first sermon. I was trying my very best not to fall asleep. My eyes were very heavy, my eyelids just felt like shutting but I held on to the very end! Haha. & so I managed to pull through. We had games after lunch. Games that allowed me to know people like Uncle Kia Teck who never fails to make me laugh so loudly! He is really really funny! Desiree who never fails to keep me entertained by laughing at my retarded jokes! Angeline who makes me feel like putting my arm onto her shoulders & just rest them on her! Hahaha.
Next, most of them wanted to go for a swim. But sadly, I DIDNT BRING MY SWIMMING COSTUME :( So I just stood at the chairs and sun tanned. hahaha. Woooo, had great effect and I almost fell asleep until.. Daryl came dripping drops of water onto my face! Ahhhhh, he is always disturbing me! Hahah. So the rest of the girls started joining Daryl, Maxim and Christian in the pool. HAHA. Only when Evan went into the pool. So retarded lah. Anyway, they were enjoying like for a while and they came up. Daryl, Maxim and Christian started doing retarded stunts. They wanted to do this stacko of Maxim at the bottom followed by Christian and then Daryl! Haha! They failed many a times upon their stacking and I just couldnt help laughing and laughing at them! Today, managed to play games in Evan's room! Haha. But, instead we went for a nice long walk. :) Slept at 2.30am that day.

Day 2--Had breakfast at the same time again. Same thing, there was sermon. Enriching and powerful the Lord wants us to know about :) Then there was the food trail we were suppose to have. Set off after sermon and there wasn't lunch. Made our way down with the map to the Chicken Rice Balls(CRB) stall. Ooooo, it's nice!
My first time eating CRB!! Haha. It was not bad.
Then we went further down to try out the Chendol at Nancy's restaurant. It was delicious! Evan had two bowls lah! hahaha.
After Chendol, we didn't continue the food trail to other places. Instead, we went to Mekohta Shopping Centre further down of the place we were in. While walking, saw these ships and windmill. Pretty :D
Some decided to go back to the hotel while the rest went to the nearest shopping centre. We decided to play bowling or the arcade. Haha, sadly the bowling alleys were all booked and there were a few lanes kept clear for the tournament. David made a retarded remark. He was like:

David is really ahhh, someone who ignites my crazy laughter out of me lah. It's like once he starts laughing, I cannot stop. He's laughter is high pitched, loud and funny! Hahaha. In the end, we both can't stop laughing and we can just keep going on lah! Hahaha. Anyway, we all went to the arcade to play. Terrific time of fellowshipping. Wooooo, we were playing Time Crisis II and this is how Evan was concentrating.. with a mouth opened :D 
After arcade, we went to walk around. Bought tibits and brought them back to the hotel. Had dinner and sermon again. This time we went over to Daryl's room to play games together. We had Mafia. HAHA. I was known to be the longest and most boring storyteller ever. hahaa. I keept beating around the bush and even had to use my idea on the joke I cracked to some of them! But it was fun! Haha. Evan came and she helped to story tell. After that, we spilt into 2 groups to play cards--bridge & heart attack. Heart attack was craziness. Duane got squashed! His head got stuck when everybody was tryin their best to not let their hands get hit! Hahaha. I was laughing away because I couldn't help and I couldn't say anything because I couldn't stop laughing. Super funnay! Then next was Duane was so far out of the best that he couldn't get up in the end! Just thinking about it makes me want to laugh again! xD Slept at 2am.
4th day-- same thing again but this time, I couldn't wake up in time for breakfast! :( But the coolest thing was, I woke up just nice at 9am. Thank God for that! & Lydia and I rushed for sermon! :)) Amazing. Then we had lunch.. Oooo, I was hungry! Then we all went out again to Mekohta and the shopping centre opposite Mekohta. It was fun shopping together :D I dint know Melissa's taste of clothes was kind of similar to mine in a sense lah. haha. :) Then same goes for Desiree in her choice of bags. Haha, she was asking me to guess which bag would I think she likes best. & WOOOO~ I got it right! hahaha. Then I was bored because I didnt see anything i like. hahaha. Anyway, went to Mekohta. The rest went to eat, while Shaun, Jeff, Des, Andrea and I went up to the arcade again. Daryl, Maxim, Christian and Yaoqi were there. There were Daytona-ing. Haha. So the irritating little me went around disturbing every single one of them. Sounds like fun isn't it? Hahaha. They were all like ehhhhh don't disturb. Some just smacked my hand away or grabbed it really tight to prevent me from disturbing. But what I enjoyed more was that while trying to concentrate they still had to stop my disturbances! Haha. The look on their faces was worthwhile! :D Then I Daytona-ed once but I was really lously lah! Hahha. Anyway, accompanied Evan again to play Time Crisis II! Hahaha. I died on the same spot again and again Evan topped up coins at the same spot where she died too! Hahaha. Super funny! Then we all kept playing the spot-the-different photos game! Everyone helped in searching. Hahaha. The pictures were really weird lah, because some were enlarged and some were cut away! Then while walking back, took some pictures again! :D
In the night, again! games night over at Daryl's place. Seperated into 2 groups again. One played bridge, the other played Big 2 and then Heart attack. So my group played Big 2 and Heart Attack. Members of my group are: Daryl, Adeline, Marilyn, Rebecca, Andrea, Maxim, Lydia and me. haha. We had to play pairs Big 2 because so many of them don't know how to play the game. It was fun teaching them like what Daryl mentioned the 'gracious' way. Of course, Daryl's way of gracious is totally way out of the point. hahaha. Then we all continued with the rest joining in (Duane, Leon, Sebastian, Jue Ying) into Heart attack. Woooo, that was great man! Hahaha. Everybody trying to squeeze into putting their hands on top of the person who is hitting. Everyone was afraid to get hit so when the person who is hitting just count 1..2.. and everyone would just automatically lift their hands off! Hahaha. I got hit like quite a few times. Most of them hit very hardly! My palms felt as if it there were millions of ants crawling lah! Hahaha. While putting our hands in the middle, Daryl lifted his elbow and placed it ON TOP OF MY HEAD and when I shifted, he purposely put again! Hahaha. Maxim kept trying to peep into my cards. In the end, we form alliance! hahaha. Funny! :)
Then I went on to Li Sheng's room to play bridge with my bridge gang members: David, Song Yang and Matthew LOL. In the end, I fell asleep on the floor and woke up again to go back to my room! hahaha. Slept at 3am. Woke up feeling super tired! Hahaha. Last day was great but full of misses. Im missing to wake up early and having breakfast with the rest and having sermons. Next, outing and then free and easy times. It was sooooo fun! I just wanna thank God for giving me this opportunity to allow me to understand so much of His words and to also be a living testimony to others. Also, to allow me to fellowship and help those who are in need as well as learn from people their Christ-like values. :) Im happy to feel so much closer to you, Father as well as the youths of KPC. :D
Im blessed. This feeling is indescribeable and unflammable. :D thanks all be to the Lord Almighty. Journey back was most of sleeping. xD But did manage to take some pictures in the end. So, enjoy the EVANS, ADELINES and EMS. hahahaa. :) Take care everyone. God bless! :D Im tired out!
